indoor pool with suanas, tennis, basketball, handball, bocci, volleyball etc, 2 sandy beaches,  
clubhouses, and the largest marina on Lake Wallenpaupack with a launch for your boating pleasure!  So  
whether you want to enjoy all the summer activies or just sit on your deck and watch the deer walk  
by, this home is for you!

Summer rental rates: 
Saturday to Saturday  after 2 pm check in, before 11 am check out 
$1000 per week, plus $50 community fee 
 
$3500 for the month of August through Labor Day, plus $150.00 community fee. 
 
After Labor Day: 
2 night rental rate: $500.00 plus $25.00 community fee 
3 night rental rate: $750.00 plus $25.00 community fee 
 
New Years Rental

$2500. for Dec 27 to Jan. 3 2009
