Terrific Lakefront Chalet on Deer Lake in community with large marina on Lake Wallenpaupack! Our chalet features 3 nice size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a loft with a pool table, a fabulous deck overlooking the lake, a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with fireplace, a gas grill, a dock on the lake with a row boat, a full unfinished basement with a Washer & Dryer. We are walking distance to Rockledge pool, Deer Beach, the ball field and the kids activity center.
The community offers many amenities: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, workout center, 2 small lakes with sandy beaches, a marina on Lake Wallenpaupack, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, bocci, shuffleboard, etc. Also, the community offers Tuesday nite Bingo, Arts & Crafts, several free concerts during the summer, etc. This is great place for your summer vacation!! We open the house April 15th and keep it open through Thanksgiving. Hope you will come and visit!!
$1450 per week Saturday to Saturday from June 27 to Labor Day
$725 per 2 night weekend rental (off season only)
$875 per 3 night holiday weekend rental (off season only)
The rental rate includes the community registration fee. We require a $500 refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund for cancellations with 30 days notice. If less than 30 days and we can still get the property rented for the dates you have reserved, we will give a full refund. If we cannot get a renter for the date you reserved, you will forfeit your deposit.

Summer rental rates:
Saturday to Saturday after 2 pm check in, before 11 am check out
$1450 per week, includes community fee
5000 per month (July or August)
$8000 for summer (July 1 thru Labor Day)
plus $150.00 community fee.
After Labor Day:
2 night rental rate: $600.00 plus $25.00 community fee
3 night rental rate: $750.00 plus $25.00 community fee
Thanksgiving Weekend: Wednesday to Sunday $950 plus $25 community fee.
New Years Week: $2000. plus $50 community fee
