Outstanding beach view from the terrace of our little piece of
paradise in Madeira Beach. You will have a panoramic view of the
beach from the terrace that extends from the living room to the
master bedroom. The master bedroom has it's own huge bathroom with a
dressing area and an oversized shower. New carpet was installed in the master bedroom, living and dining areas in June 2011. The bedroom furniture in the master bedroom is also brand new (June 2011). The brand new fully equipped
kitchen and baths have granite counters and all new appliances. All
new luxury linens are provided including beach towels. The living room contains
brand, new sofas including a queen sized pull -out sleeper sofa. The
property includes a heated beach front pool with poolside lounges provided, a patio with
lounges, chairs and tiki huts with tables for beachside meals. Our condo has
lounges for you to use on the beach as well as beach toys for the
kids.
The beach may be seen from the master bedroom, living room, dining
area and kitchen. The two other bedrooms have a view of Boca Ciega
Bay.
Within walking distance is John's Pass, where there are great
restaurants with fantastic water views, all kinds of water sports
including jet-skiing, water skiing, parasailing dolphin watching
cruises, deep sea fishing and boat rentals. Casino cruises leave from
the dock there. There also many shops and boutiques with unique
beach souvenirs.
Nearby there is golfing and miniature golfing. We are 30 minutes
from Busch Gardens, 90 minutes from Disneyworld and Universal Studios.

terrace with tiki huts to enjoy a quick meal.
