Dreaming of Hawaii? Please consider staying at one of our lovely vacation condos in sunny, South Maui. Our Maui Vista condo is a one bedroom, one bath, first floor condominium  and is right across the street from Kamaole I beach, AKA Charley Young Beach, one of the best beaches on all of Maui.  Our Maui Banyan condo is a one bedroom, TWO bathroom condo on the second floor, and is right across the street from Kamaole II beach.  These condos have been remodeled and updated, including new paint, all new furniture, 2 quiet and VERY efficient ceiling fans, and comfortable island decor.  Both have NEW KING-SIZE BEDS, new sofa beds,  flat screen TVs, and new air conditioners!!  Many of the prints hanging throughout were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Our Maui Vista condo is located in Building One, which is the building closest to the beach, but we ARE NOT on the street and have no street noise!  Our Maui Banyan condo is located in Building H, just two buildings up from the beach. The lanai faces South towards the upcountry mountains. The South-facing units overlook the courtyard, not the driveway and parking structure, making the location very quiet. The elevators make it very convenient to get in and out with your bags and groceries, as well as with all of your shopping finds! 

Both these condos are family-owned and our "home-away-from-home", so we have taken great efforts to make sure everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui has been included. You will find everything you need from pots to pans, plates to silverware, sheets to towels, a washer and a drier, boogie boards, beach mats, several floating noodles, beach bucket and shovels, beach towels, a cooler on wheels, etc.

We have even included high speed internet (so bring your laptop), FREE local calls, AND long distance in Hawaii, the mainland US, and Canada!!

Please note: Both these condos are strictly non-smoking.  Also, Hawaii law restricts smoking in common areas, so smoking is also prohibited on the lanai and on the grounds.  Both properties have provided designated smoking areas conveniently located throughout the property.   Mahalo for your understanding and cooperation!!

BEDS: NEW KING Bed in bedroom, Convertible Sofa Bed in living room (queen size), inflatable Queen size air mattress, compact "pack-n-play" for use as a crib

KITCHEN: Full Kitchen, Cooking Utensils Provided, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, plates, dishes, etc.

OUTDOOR FEATURES: Shared Pool, tennis courts, Gas BBQ Grills, Private Lanai (Maui Banyan also has several hot tubs)

COMMUNICATIONS: Telephone with Free Long Distance in Hawaii, the mainland US, and Canada is included!  FREE unlimited wi-fi internet is included. 

OTHER AMENITIES: We have also provided an Air Mattress, just in case separate sleeping space is required for any of the guests. Also great for toddlers/young children who are safer sleeping closer to the ground (like mine)!

SUITABILITY: No Pets Allowed, Handicapped Accessible, Child Friendly, Smoking Not Allowed

 
BEACH GOODIES: We have provided beach chairs/mats/towels, a rolling cooler, floating noodles, etc.

The activities available to you on Maui are endless. The beach is a 2 minute walk. Snorkeling, surfing, boating, golfing, hiking, waterfall exploring, diving, etc., etc.
