Vacation Rental Description

Our SUPERB villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a large 
family room that overlooks the pool & Jacuzzi, there is also a large 
dining area.  The large kitchen is well equipped & has a breakfast 
nook together with a breakfast bar.  New for 2005 complete air 
conditioned games rooms with full sized professional pool table, 
foosetable, air hockey, electronic dartboard, Cable TV & lots of 
other games.
The King master bedroom has a large en-suite which leads to the 
pool, 
the Queen master bedroom also has an en-suite.  There are 2 further 
twin bedrooms that share their own bathroom. 
The villa has luxury furnishings throughout with a multi-channel 
cable 35" TV, video & CD player in the family room.  There are also 
14" TV's in every room.
TVs in every bedroom.
The 30'x 15' heated & floodlit pool together with the 8'jacuzzu & 
large sundeck area is screened & fenced for privacy. 
The villa can sleep 10 people and there is also a "put you up" for a 
child if required, ie it is suitable for 2 families.
It is situated on INDIAN CREEK 2 mileS south of WEST HIGHWAY 192.
It is located near to many local shops & restaurants & DISNEY

Activities and Attractions

Indian creek has its own tennis/volleyball courts, putting green & 
Play area.  It is a very friendly estate ideal after the hectic days 
Of going round Disney etc.  It is located just passed Splendid China.
Disney World & its water parks are only 5 minutes in the car.
Indian Creek is 2 miles from the 192, therefore very close the I4 to 
Getting to Seaworld, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Also on the I4 you can travel to Beltz, Florida Mall, International 
Drive shopping malls within 20 minutes.
Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa beach, Daytona beach are approximately 1 
Hour away.  With countless golf courses on the doorstep.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are variable, subject to number of people and are also subject 
to an additional 13% state tax:
2 - 6 people £475/$950 per week 
7 - 8 people £500/$1000 per week
9 -10 people £525/$1050 per week
There is a 10% increase for rentals over Christmas, New Year & 
Easter.
Rental includes all gas & electricity, towels, linens & maid service 
between lets.
Pool heating is extra at £80/$160USD per week
