• There is also a large screen dish network TV and a CD player with 
speakers downstairs. 
• The beautiful kitchen includes a gas range, two ovens, a large 
refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave plus a full compliment of 
utensils and dishes. 
• Linens and towels are included throughout as well as both a washer 
and dryer. 
• The 50-ft salt water lap pool is chemical free and is equipped with 
handrails throughout for aquatic exercise. The large adjoining hot tub 
has an ultraviolet system and also uses no chemicals.

Basic Pricing: $245/night for 2 people at special discounted rate.  
(Regular $350/night) 
$50/night extra for each person over 2 
 
Check-out cleaning fee of $150 for two persons and an additional $50 
for each person over 2 
$350 refundable security deposit for two persons and $100 additional 
for each person over 2(refunded within 14 days after departure)
