Historic farm house with eight bedrooms on the shore of beautiful Maple Juice Cove. House is ideal for
two families or two generations. Groups of bedrooms at each end of the house with living room, dining
room. library and kitchen in the middle. Fully furnished with antiques. All linens and kitchen
equipment (with dishwasher) included. Deck facing sunsets. Trash pick-up weekly from barn. Very quiet
location at the end of Stones Point on dead end dirt road. One and one half hours from Portland
Airport.

Washer/dryer in basement (shared with other Studio rental house and property owners). Deep water dock
and float with guest mooring and rowboats. Shared private tennis court and twelve acres of meadow and
shore frontage. Surrounding waters ideal for boating. Lobsters delivered to private dock upon request.
18-foot Parker motorboat usually available for separate rental. House has wireless internet connection.

Tennis, boating. Twenty-five minutes from Rockland for museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries.
Wonderful hiking in nearby Camden Hills.
