New custom built home in 2008. House is located in the Dunes of Bolivar. The
house is located four lots from the beach.

ocean. The ocean is just steps away. It is definately a home away from home.
We rent only to families and groups of responsible adults over the
age of 25. Designate one person
in your party to be responsible for all payments and correspondence
regarding your reservations and plans.

Master bedroom: 1 king size bed in master
Livingroom: 1 sleeper sofa-queen size
2nd bedroom: 1 twin daybed with 1 twin trundle bed, 1 full size
futon bunk bed with 1 full size
mattress on top bunk.
3rd bedroom: 3 full size futon bunk beds with 3 full size mattresses
on top bunk.
Sattelite TV in Master bedroom and Livingroom.
Kitchen is fully furnished

House is located in a nice quiet area of the beach. House is close to
rollover pass if interested in fishing.
Bolivar Pennisula is still recovering from hurrican Ike. Many local
restaurants and businesses were damaged from the storm. The area is
recovering and will soon be better than ever.

In season: March 1st -September 30th
per week: $1700.00 6 nites, rental period runs from Friday
arrival to Thursday departure.
per weekend $1000.00 2 nites, rental period runs from Friday
arrival to Sunday departure.
Mid Season: October 1st - November 30th
per week: $1500.00 6 nites, rental period runs from Friday
arrival to Thursday departure.
per weekend: $ 950.00 2 nites, rental period runs from Friday
arrival to Sunday departure.
Off Season: December 1st- February 28th
per week: $ 1300.00 6 nites, rental period runs from Friday

Refundable security deposit of $500 required at time of rental. Nonrefundable $100 cleaning
fee/Includes cleaning linens.
