habitat. Accommodation includes 2 bedrooms (queen bed and ceiling fan in each room, and 1 single rollaway bed), 2 full
bathrooms, dining room, spacious formal living area, family room with TV and DVD player and a choice
of movies to watch. Laminate flooring throughout the home. A fully equipped kitchen including
stainless steel dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Brand new Air Conditioning was installed in
March 2008 and everything has been fully updates. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The
driveway is large enough for 4 cars. Enjoy early morning coffee in the large screened in private
pool area or Florida sun room overlooking the canal and watch the dolphins. Internet access
