Our 3 bed 2 bath accomodation is a quick walk to beach, downtown, shops, restaurants, theater, live music, only 15 minutes driving to Downtown West Palm Beach. Double French doors allow for many options in the third bedroom: den, office, alternate TV room, play area or expanded living room!

Bryant Park hosts an 18-hole golf course, jogging trail with workout stations & a nice kid's playing area. Also, dog walking, mini pier fishing, art shows and free concerts throughout the winter season. Downtown Lake Worth is only three blocks away!

A casual stroll through the park will take you to either downtown or the beach. Heading into town? You will find many dining establishments that offer everything from fine to casual dining, and live music. The shops of Lake Worth are truly unique with offerings from fine art to eclectic masterpieces.

Heading to the beach? You will find the walk over the intracoastal bridge to be awe inspiring! The beach is well groomed with lifeguards on duty, offers an Olympic sized pool next to the beach and a recently rebuilt 960 ft. fishing pier so you can catch the big ones for dinner that evening.

There are many wonderful upgrades: The kitchen has been fully remodeled including state of the art stainless steel refrigerator & oven with European style hood, deep dish sink, counter tops & cabinets all brand new. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools one needs to prepare any meal of the day.

#2 bedroom - two doubles or one king option with new pillows and linens,

#3 bedroom - pullout double bed & desk,

All with pillow tops, new extra pillows, linens and plenty of closet space with cedar hangers for your clothes & plenty of high pile towels for each bath. Extra bedding for additional sleeping can be arranged, please let your needs be known at time of booking.

Dining area and living room are open to the kitchen and host a fantastic view of Bryant Park and the inter-coastal waterway. High speed internet access and cable TV are included as well as all other utilities. (see Rates for $ amount per wk/mth)

Our condo is very nicely furnished, central A/C and Heat, one 42" HD TV (family room & standard TV in Master Bedroom) and two DVD's with cable. Fully equipped kitchen excellent condition throughout. The master, second and dining room have ceiling fans. The local library, three blocks away offers free DVDs, internet access and other amenities. Your own designated parking spot is just steps away from our unit and easy to find street parking right in front of the condo. Our building is only two stories high (6 units total) which makes for a quite, peacefull and comfortable atmosphere, only one flight of stairs (14 steps). The laundry room is for all 6 apartment units and located on the first floor with secure key access. Our condo building is small and peaceful only six units total, 3 up and 3 down ours is on the top floor (14 steps, no elevator) with view of Bryant Park and the Intracostal waterway.

Historic downtown Lake Worth with its famous old Florida charm: Catch your lunch from the newly remodled 960-foot municipal pier; play golf Gatsby-style onthe beautiful waterfront municipal golf course on the Intracoastal;then, have an affordable and excellent dinner at John Gs, Benny's on the pier or the Dune Deck on the ocean, while looking miles up and down the coast from Benny's beautiful upper deck.

Downtown offers casual and Gourmet dining: French, Italian, Japanese, Thai, Korean & Raw bars within walking distance --most offer outdoor (under the moonight) cafe seating. Take in an afternoon or evening play at our historic community theater. (lakeworthplayhouse) or visit our international film theatre. Stop by the Bam Boo Room, with the nation's top blues acts brought in weekly; our historic Art League's rotating displays with fine art, twice-monthly. Evening on the Avenue features live music, artists, vendors and more. Or bask on our beach and gaze upon the vast blue Atlantic.

A deposit will be required upon booking; a 3 day notice must be given to cancel reservation. If no notice is given, owner reserves the right to keep deposit. Special circumstances are considered, such as illness, death, accidents and unforeseen situations. Please provide notice. There will be an additional $150 animal cleaning fee, Utilities (electric credit) included for monthly rentals.

Complimentary: Cable TV & Internet. Conditions: an electric credit of $25 per week or $75 per month is included. Overages will be deducted from deposit or billed for monthly renters. We apologize in advance as one guest chose to run the A/C with the windows open all month to "Feel the cool breeze" which cost us over $800 a month.

Weekly rentals do not include taxes or cleaning remittances.
