$500.00 - $750.00 Security Deposit
$ 90.00 Cleaning Fee
$100.00 Key Deposit (Rancho Las Palmas Front and Back Gate Operator (Transponder), Garage Door
Opener, House Keys)

The Security Deposit shall be due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The
total amount of the Rental Fee, Cleaning Fee ($90.00), and Key Deposit ($100.00) will be due 30
days prior to your arrival. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival the
entire Rental Fee, including all deposits will be due immediately.

Your Security Deposit and your $100.00 Key Deposit will be refunded back to you within 10
days after your departure. In the event of any loss, breakage, soiled carpeting or damage, the cost
for such repairs shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. The loss of Rancho Las Palmas Front
and Back Gate Operator (Transponder), Garage Door Operator, and House Keys shall be deducted from
the $100.00 Key Deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If Cancellation is requested prior to 45 days of arrival - The $500.00
Security Deposit minus $100.00 shall be refunded. If Cancellation is requested 45 days or sooner of
arrival - the $500.00 Security Deposit shall not be refunded unless Owner is able to re-book unit,
thereby, the Security Deposit shall be refunded minus $100.00.
