The Security Deposit shall be due at the time of booking to hold your reservation. The total amount of the Rental Fee, Cleaning Fee, and Key Deposit will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival the entire Rental Fee, including all deposits will be due immediately.

A Vacation Rental Agreement will be delivered to tenant for complete review and signature.
