Relaxing retreat with deer frequenting one acre with views of Mt. Rose by day and the
stars by night in this cute 3Bdr/2Ba/2 car or rec room with additional awning for
parking/protection snow. 5 min. to Sierra Summit for shopping/dining/movies, 15 min. to
the airport. Down the road is Galena Creek and park with trails through Montreux Golf
Course, cross country skiing out the door.

This house is fully furnished ( twin beds in one room, queen sofa sleeper in another BDR
and living, queen bed in master) with dishes, ping pong table, fools ball, bike and BBQ,
covered patio with southwest views of the mountains in back. Very private, highspeed
wireless internet service to stay in touch, limited tv, cd/dvd, along with any other
requests to make your stay comfortable. Please contact us for other

week notice of cancellation.

no cleaning fee, therefore, a 300$ fully refundable deposit is required.

MA National Certified Counselor/School Counselor and Registered Dietitian for weight
