floor above your two dedicated covered and gated parking spaces. You will also have 2 private
balconies for your enjoyment.

Master bedroom:

• Tv, phone and clock included.

The second bedroom across the hall from the master:

• 1 twin trundle bed
• Dresser
• 2 upright desks/dressers
• Tv and a door to the second full bath.

The living room/dining room:

• Real brick fire place

• Queen sleeper couch
• 50 in. flat screen tv with dvd player
• Six place dining room set
• The living room is off the balcony which is over-looking the beach. The sunsets daily are fantastic.

The kitchen: 

• Includes: dishes, silverware, pots and pans
• Dishwasher
• Side by side refrigerator with icemaker
• Glass top range oven and microwave 

Indoor Laundry room is off the hall next to the walk-in pantry:

• Washer and dryer
• Linens furnished

balance 30 days prior to beginning date. $100 charge if cancelled after 30 days from moving in date.
