Your home away from home is a fully equipped, 2 bedroom, 2 full bath up-scale unit on the first  
floor above your two dedicated covered and gated parking spaces. You will also have 2 private  
balconies for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen sized bed in master bedroom with private bath, walk in cloths closet, 2 chest of drawers, and  
full tub and shower bath. Two night stands with lamps,tv,phone and clock. 
The second bedroom, across the hall from the master br, is equiped with twin beds,dresser.2 upright  
desks/dressers and tv and a door to the second full bath.  
  The living room/dining room has a real brick fire place, wet bar, one sleeper couch, one regular  
couch, tv with dvd player, a six place dining room set. The living room is off the balcony which is  
over-looking the beach. The sunsets daily are fantastic. The kitchen is modern with new dishwasher,  
side by side refrigerator with icemaker, glass top range and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,  
dishes, silverware, double sink with disposal. The laundry room with new washer and dryer is off the  
hall next to the walk in pantry. Linens furnished. Actually, all you need to bring is yourself!  
cloths and something good to eat; everything else is furnished.

Activities and Attractions

Golf 18 hole courses, put- put golf, public tennis courts, St. Pete pier, 3 fishing piers, jet ski  
rental, great restaurants are all available and close to you. Busch Gardens, Tropicana professional  
covered baseball field, St. Pete Times Forum for ice hocky and featured presentations, Tampa  
performing arts center for plays, McKay Auditorium for the Florida orchestra, Ybor City with it's  
multi-culture entertainment and old cigar factories are just a little further. But don't forget the  
warm rolling Gulf surf only a stones throw away for your swimming and viewing enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1500 May to Dec; 2500 Jan to May. Annual is possible if desirable to you. $200 at registration and  
balance 30 days prior to beginning date. $100 charge if cancelled after 30 days from moving in date.  
Checks and money orders acceptable with initial written application.
