Beautiful view condo in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

Great 20th floor views of city, water and sunsets. New building with modern appliances and
amenities. Includes a parking spot, but walking is a better way to go. Walking five minutes gets
you to Yaletown (trendy shopping and classy restaurants), the waterfront (gorgeous seawall, parks,
yachts, and a water taxi to Granville Island Public Market), George Wainborn Park, and Granville
entertainment district. Walking about ten minutes gets you to Robson Street's high end shopping and
restaurants. Groceries are a half block away at Choices organic and gourmet market.

There are so many options at your doorstep, it would be a shame to stay in. However if you do stay
in, there is a phone, high speed internet and TV in the suite. Without leaving the building you
have a gym, outdoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The large pooldeck is perfect for sitting in
the sun.

In the mood for a flick? It's only a short elevator ride to the first floor which is home to the
Vancouver International Film Centre.

When its time to relax: a Simmons Backcare mattress with mattress pad will assure your comfort.

If you must to take your work with you: there is a desk and chair in the sunroom where you can enjoy
the beautiful view from your workspace.

• Running or cycling – about 25km of amazing views on the Seawall
• Great all year Kayak rentals to explore the waterways and beaches from a different viewpoint
• Orpheum Theatre for shows and music
• Water taxis to explore False Creek and the enormous Granville Island Public Market
• The Vancouver Art Gallery and Science World
• Sports events and shows at GM Place and BC Place stadiums
• Train and bus options to get you to Whistler, UBC, Horseshoe Bay, and other outlying areas

vacation rental rates

Rates are based upon the time of the year, with a minimum stay one month.

High Season, April 15th to September 30th: $3100/month
Low Season, October 1st to April 14th: $2100/month

There will be a refundable damage deposit of $500 due at the time of booking.

Longer term rates are negotiable.
