well with numerous restaurants and shopping centers. The Atlantic Ocean beaches are just a short  
ride away across the Intracoastal Waterway. 
 
Notes: The condo is located in the Tidelands on the Intracoastal Waterway Community in Palm Coast,  
Florida, with beaches, restaurants, golf and the attractions of St. Augustine, Flagler Beach,  
Daytona Beach and Orlando nearby. . This luxury Intracoastal gated community has 3 miles of lighted  
outdoor walking trails, a new clubhouse with large pool and spa, fitness center, foosball, pool  
table, restaurant, and entertainment center with big screen TV. A second large pool, spa, kiddie
