acres with a 2 acre lawn, this 5 bedroom house is the perfect 
location for a peaceful family getaway, ski vacation, family reunion, 
outdoor wedding or retreat.  Only minutes from Mt. Sunapee, Lake 
Sunapee, and less than 1 mile from Gunnison Lake.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 3-level ranch has 5 bedrooms with 2 full beds, and 8 
single beds; 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, well furnished kitchen; 
2 wood stoves; large deck; miles of hiking trails; 2 acres of mowed 
lawn; thousands of acres of woodland; millions of stars in the night 
sky, a breathtaking view of the Milky Way, and abundant wildlife.  
Bed linens are provided.  No smoking, no pets, no off-road vehicles.

Activities and Attractions

Many seasonal activities: Skiing at Mt. Sunapee, Ragged Mountain, Mt. 
Ascutney, Eastman Cross Country Center; golf at Newport Country Club, 
Lake Sunapee Country Club, Eastman Golf Links, Country Club of NH;

Newport Opera Houses, the prehistoric “quaking bog” in New London,

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring/Summer: $1000 per week, $200 per night (3 night minimum)
Fall/Winter: $1500 per week, $250 per night (3 night minimum)
