Atop the Mesa, this newly redecorated and refurnished home is accented
with original art by the homeowner, a 50 year resident of Santa
Barbara. It is centrally located, close to the 101 freeway, local
neighborhood shopping and restaurants, five minutes to downtown,
beaches and parks. It has a peek-a-boo view of the Pacific Ocean and the
Channel Islands. Choose from three patios for your morning coffee,
tanning in the afternoon, quiet relaxation, or meals. Solid oak floors
flow through the entry, living room and hallway. The family room and
bedrooms have new carpet. The living room has a gas fireplace. A large
dining table easily seats six. A comfortable family room is perfect for
TV and movies. The master bedroom is romantic and relaxing, with it's own
bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed with a nautical theme.
The third bedroom has surfer decor and trundle style twin beds. A second
bathroom is off of the hall. The quiet and secluded backyard has a table
for six, a wood burning fireplace, BBQ,and restaurant style grill. This
is a no-smoking property and we do not accept pets.
