When you're our guest, you can make new friends or bring your own. Sunset Reef offers solitary time or community friends in only 50 townhomes with a mix of retirees and families from around the world.

"Mom, I saved you and Dad a couple of chairs at the pool. The kids are playing games and I want to join in. Hurry up!"
If you're bringing children, they will have plenty of playmates to jump in the pool, dig in the sand or boogie board in the surf with.

"Shhh . . . I'm going to take a walk on the beach for sunrise, you sleep in."

3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, approximately 1500 sq/ft on three levels (no elevators). New kitchen appliances, hardwood/tile main floor and carpet/tile on sleeping levels, eat-in kitchen for 4 and separate dining room for 6. Three balconies with brilliant views. Comfortably sleeps 4 in double master bedrooms each offer king size beds and en suite bathrooms, televisions and plenty of closet space. Second master can also be converted to 2 twin beds. Upper floor loft bedroom sleeps an additional two people. Fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, bedding, and Wi-fi too.

Your retreat is perfectly located. NO lugging all your beach stuff through the complex, across the street or down the block. Step out the front door to the pool; step out the back door to the beach. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie and skim boards, towels, and beach toys. The assigned parking assures your visitors a place to park.

"How about a walk over to the pub tonight?"
"I think we're going to jump on the Beach Trolly and head to John's Pass for dinner and drinks."
On-foot explorers can find nearby restaurants and shops.
Drivers can stay on Gulf Blvd. for even more places to eat or shop for fashionable clothes and incredible gifts. Adventurers can rent a boat to explore by sea or even go deep sea fishing. Drive 1 1/2 hours to Orlando activities like Seaworld and Disney, or drive 45 minutes to Tampa's Busch Gardens and Islands of Adventure. Tampa International Airport is only 40 minutes away.

Walt Disney and Sea World are approximately 90 miles away in Orlando, FL. Tampa's Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 30 miles away.

Rates include all taxes and cleaning fees if paying by check.  If you're paying via paypal, there is an additional 4% processing fee.

Both our HOA and our city requires that we maintain a MONTHLY rental policy and cannot rent for any time less than 28 day increments.
