including leather sofa and chair; queen bed w/dresser and nightstands in master; 2 twin beds with  
chest in guest bedroom; dining table w/4 chairs; 42" HDTV in living area; stainless steel  
appliances, tile flooring, screened lanai.   This is a small community with less than 50 units.   
Close to great waterfront restaurants,beaches,  grocery shopping, I-75, golfing.   The Nokomis beach  
is a great beach for shell lookers.   You are also less than 10 miles to Siesta Key beaches and  
Venice Beaches.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool across the street; walking distance to par 3 golfing; walking distance to Marina  
(possibility of boat slip rental); biking distance to the beach.   Close to area restaurants,  
shopping, new jogging and bike trail; located between Venice and Sarasota, location is close to I-75  
and 41.

Activities and Attractions

Wake up and take a stroll around the neighborhood, enjoying walking past the marina, perhaps see a  
manatee in the water; or go par 3 golfing without getting onto the highway.    If you are a bike  
rider, take the back roads to the beach which is less than 2 miles.    Grocery shopping just down  
the street as well as banking, pharmacy, and numerous restaurants for both indoor and outdoor  
dining.   Enjoy the new Legacy Trail, which is the reformed railroad track, that is paved for easy  
walking or bike riding from Sarasota to Venice.     If you are more of a nature person, Oscar  
Shearer Park is about 1 mile which is know for the local scrub jays (look like blue birds, but are  
friendly) and of course the Florida gators can be seen as well as numerous plant life.    Canoes and  
kyakks are available for rent within the park.  Or opt for a day of collecting sharks teeth; Venice  
beach is only a few miles south and the sharks teeth cover the shoreline for people to come from all  
over to collect them.   Downtown Venice provides quaint antique shops, Nokomis offers several  
restaurants with outdoor dining and Tiki huts; Siesta Key is a short drive as well as downtown  
Sarasota and St. Armands Circle which are only about a 30 minute drive.   And due to the close  
proximity of I-75 access, all the Orlando attractions are only about 2 hours drive.
