Hacienda del Sol, Playa de Oro in San Felipe

This brand new, bright courtyard home (separate Casa and Casita) is located in Playa De Oro (a gated
and secured development) which is the #1 rated Community in Northern Baja. This custom built home
was designed by the architect/owner Jon Zimmerman. The Casa and Casita are oriented to provide
killer views of the Sea of Cortez and Mount Macharo from inside as well as from the covered patios.
The white sand beach is less than a 10 minute walk. Everything is provided for a fun-filled,
relaxing and quiet Baja vacation. Playa de Oro is located 110 miles south of the Calexico border
crossing in Baja, Mexico.

The Casa has two large bedrooms with large closets. The master bedroom has a king bed and the
second bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom has a private full bath and there is a second
full bath serving the rest of the home. The large relaxing great room, with entertainment center
(satellite TV and DVD) and game table, has surround sound and a glass wall with an amazing view of
the Sea of Cortez. There is also a sleeper-sofa with a double bed. The large full kitchen (with
full ocean view) is fully equipped with an eating bar and is open and connected to the great room.
Outside the great room is a large covered Spanish tiled patio with full ocean view and a built-in
BBQ ready to cook fish tacos. On top of this (literally) is a 400 SF roof deck ready for a party
and with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, the San Pedro Matri Mountains, the desert,
sunrises and sunsets and shooting stars at night.

The Casita has a separate bedroom with queen bed and closet, a full bathroom, kitchenette and living
area which opens directly to the private Spanish tiled covered patio. The living area has an
entertainment center with surround sound and Satellite TV and DVD along with a sleeper-sofa with a
double bed. Each can be rented separately or together for a fabulous three bedroom, three bath
traditional Spanish courtyard home.

All the countertops and showers are tiled with bright hand painted Talavera tile creating a
traditional Spanish feel. The floors throughout are tiled with traditional Spanish pavers
completing the feel of the architecture. The kitchens are fully equipped for your stay including
refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher (in the Casa) microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots
and pans, eating utensils and the very important blender for your favorite Margarita! Sheets,
blankets and towels are provided. Each room is air conditioned (and heated) with ceiling fans for
your comfort.

Upon your arrival SeaMex Realty will greet you, provide your keys and take you to our beautiful
home. They will settle you in and answer any questions you may have. They are there to help
complete your stay.

Pemex station and grocery store is across the highway. Cheap gas so tank up.

San Felipe is a short 10 minute drive south from Playa de Oro. The town provides many great dining
options, shopping, night clubs, fishing in the Sea of Cortez, walks along the ocean-front boardwalk
(The Malacon) and shopping for fresh shrimp and fish from the Sea of Cortez.

Golfing is only a 5 minute drive and all the holes overlook the Sea of Cortez and two play along
side the playa. Fishing can be arranged from the Malacon as well as boating, sailing, jet skiing,
kayaking and other water activities. Also available in town are quad rentals, horseback riding and
4x4�ing. Nearby are petroglyphs, fossils, giant cacti, waterfalls and more. Don�t miss the annual

Reservations can be made through the owners (information above) or the rental company (SeaMex
Realty) at Playa de Oro. Playa de Oro will accept credit cards. For reservations and payments made
through the homeowner, payment in full must be by check no later than 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Refund policy:
Less than 7 days, no refund. However the payment can be used toward another rental within 6 months.
Between 7 and 14 days, 50% refund.
More than 14 days, 75% refund.
