Our ground floor unit is located directly in front of the Pool and spa
and overlooks the beautiful Withlacoochee River. You will not be
disappointed.
It has been completely remodeled in 2007 with new tile floors, new
kitchen cabinets, counter tops, new appliances, new bathroom vanity
and new carpeting and paint throughout. Visitors that have stayed with
us have said 'it looks like something out of Southern Living Magazine'.

Monthly Rates (No Pets / Non-Smoking Unit)
October - April $1300 per month
May - September $1150 per month
$300 Deposit is required. Deposit is refundable if canceled at least
90 days prior to the beginning of your stay.
