King size bed in master bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and 
sleeper sofa in in living area.This beautiful unit has been recently 
refurbished with Marble and granite baths,and new master bedroom. 
living room and dining areas. The unit is is fully furnished and 
features fun art and complete ocean views where you can watch the 
cruise ships both day and night.Rentals by the week or month. watch 
the sun set every evening while in paradise.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three restaurants and 3 pools next to unit with another pool on the 
beach.Phone in each room, and fax in unit.Cable TV and VCR in Master 
Bedroom and Living room. Fully equipped kitchen and all towels and 
linens supplied for your vacation.Just bring your bathing suit and 
sunglasses. Unit is available to non-smokers and unfortunately no 
pets.

Activities and Attractions

Walk down to the beach at Bolongo Bay(100 yards from condo)All water 
sports available  as well as Scuba diving off the beach.Two tennis 
courts are available for use. Health club also available if desired 
for a small daily use fee. Terrific fishing, canoe, rafting,and 
snokling trips are available. Take dive lessons and get certifed 
right on the beach at Bolongo.The shopping in St. Thomas is the best 
in the Carribean with $1200 duty free per person. St. Thomas shops 
feature the finest Jewelery, linen,liquor, clothing, and european 
imports from Spain, Italy, and France.
