Our beautiful island home is the perfect place to relax. The eastern
view from the large front
picture window is of a lush conservation area where incredible
sunrises will greet you as you start
your day. The spectacular view out the back is of the large, 15' x
30' in ground heated pool and
the beautiful lake that is full of wildlife! The pool can be
accessed from the master bedroom, the
dining room, the family room (which is connected to the kitchen) and
a guest bedroom. In the
evening you can also watch the sun set over the lake behind our home.

*The city of Sanibel requires that all single family homes are rented
for a minimum of 28 days

$150.00 Cleaning Fee and a $500.00 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit is
required.
