path leading down to lake.  House is set back about 225 feet from shore.

Dock with boat whips is great location for fishing and swimming. The home includes cable with a color TV and DVD player, fully furnished kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook, living room with wood-burning stove and new bathroom
with shower/tub. This home adjoins our Sunset Point property which
also can be rented for larger family reunions or friendly getaways
with a couple of families. Property includes picnic tables and stone
patio and walking trails, kayaks, row boat, tubes and life vests and more.

RATES FOR 2010

-January 1 - April 2 $750 per week / $150 per night
-April 5 - May 14  $900 per week  / $175 per night
-May 15 - June 18 $1300 per week/ $225 per night
-June 19 - Sept 6 $1400 per week/ weekly rentals only through summer

*Consecutive weeks discounted by 5%
Taxes 9% Cleaning $125 per week / $65 for 4 nights or less
