through major renovations in the 1970's and recent renovations this year. The home was previously a
B&B and now you can have the "run of the house". The home consists of a master bedroom with
fireplace and private bath along with three guest bedrooms with shared baths. The home has
both "old" and "new" dining rooms and living rooms, modern kitchen (fully equiped), on the lower
floor is a stone and brick "pub room". Brick patios surround two sides of the home and is great
place to watch the cows or spot one of our Lamas. The privacy outdoors and nature will not seem that
you are only 30 minutes to Dullas International Airport (IAD) and only approx. 40 miles to
Washington DC.

This home has all the modern conveniences (t.v., internet access etc...) but with the "old day"
atmosphere. The home has modern heat / air and seven fireplaces to choose from (the wood is on the
porch). The home has full linens along with a utility room with a washer and dryer. The home is
full of antiques from that era and it makes a great place to spend time with family and friends.

Hiking on property or nearby the Potomac River is a short drive away. The WDO linear trail is a
nearby (a walking & cycling trail) that goes all the way into the city. Great nearby shopping at
Leesburg Outlet Center, Dullas Town Center and Tyson's Corners. The Manasas
Battlefields are a short driveaway. Antique shopping in Leesburg and Fredericksburg MD is always
fun. Most guest find just "sitting" on the patio, porch, in the pub room or going down to the smoke
house (out-building) is entertaining enough.
