Beachfront condo in gated community on beautiful Clearwater beach. There is a guard on duty 24
hours a day. Walk right onto the beach from the condo building's lobby. There is a balcony that
raps around the condo with a view of the intercoastal. The condo is fully furnished with 1,800
square feet of space.There are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzis on the property with 2 grills at each pool.
There is a gym with cardio equipment, weights, and a racketball court on the property. Beach
nourishment program has recently brought in sand and planted seagrass. Beautiful, peaceful beach in
a residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Sand key Park, a nice restaurant on the beach,
and tennis courts. Just a few minutes trolley ride to the touristy area of Clearwater beach.

The Condo has a new fridge, stove,microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you will
need for cooking and serving. The living room has a pull out couch, love seat, chair, coffee table,
and fire place. Entertaiment center has a TV that is hooked up to cable, a stereo, and
VCR player. There is a cable for internet access in the dining room.One bedroom has a king bed with
a connected bathroom. That bathroom has a seperate shower and a jacuzzi tub. The other bathroom has
a shower that is separated from the sinks by a door. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and room to
put 2 cots if needed.There is a laundry room inside the condo with a washer and dryer. Any
