Beautiful beach front house is situated by a white sandy beach 
overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with extraordinary sunset views, 2.5 
km away from Progreso, in the Yucatan Peninsula. Only 30 min, 20 
miles, north of the capital city of Merida. The 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 
bathrooms, make this a perfect vacation home for a larger group or 
family, sleeping 10 people very comfortably; 2 bedrooms are just 
outside the master house zone and the entire property is also ideal 
for couples looking for privacy. The beach provides a unique, romantic 
setting for special events or just for relaxing. There is a large 
terrace for a perfect entertaining, or just admiring the view. There 
is a beach front swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. 
Internet available. Four bedrooms have king-size beds and one two 
twin- size beds. In addition all rooms have A.C. equipment and hammock 
hooks, ideal for an afternoon siesta. Wireless INTERNET & BBQ grill 
rental available upon request! 
 
RE-ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS * The Kitchen can be stocked with the guest's 
favorites foods and beverages prior to their arrival: * CHEF SERVICE, 
at your property rental can be arrange with a 25% Discount if you make 
your order prior to your arrival.

      Weddings are not allowed! unless a previous letter is send 
describing the amount of guest invited, all details describe.
