beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd balconies. On the first floor there is a one car garage,
washer/dryer, living room with wet bar and minifridge, bathroom with shower on ground floor. 2nd
floor has kitchen and dining area and bedroom with queen size bed and full bath. 3rd floor has
bedroom with queen size Murphy bed, sitting area and full bath. Outside there is a large deck,
picnic table, BBQ, outdoor shower and private walkway to beach.

We have furnished our 2nd home with everything we think you may want or need. Beach chairs,
umbrellas,towels, boogie boards, bicycles, etc. There is a TV on each floor, local phone, 2 DVDs,
VCR, CD and stereo and much more!

Located less than an hour away from Orlando International Airport, Disney, Universal Studios, and
other attractions. Locally there are fishing charters, surfing, wind surfing, kayaking, bird
watching, and of course the rocket launches.
