Cozy & Convenient Kelowna Retreat in Kelowna

We offer a 2 bedroom, air conditioned suite with a private entrance & patio.  Our home is, convenientely, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just off Hwy #33, close to all amenities.  We look forward to making your visit as relaxing & enjoyable as possible.

- 1 queen size bed (Bed linens provided)
- 1 bunk bed - single on top & double on the bottom
- 1 bathroom - 4 piece (all towels (except beach towels) are provided)
- kitchen with fr/st, micro, toaster, coffemaker, popcorn maker, 
  cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. (some coffee & tea incl.)
- washer & dryer (some laundry soap provided)
- ironing board & iron
- comfortable livingroom with a 32" tv & dvd/vcr combo                                                                         - private patio with furniture & propane BBQ

Swimming/sunbathing on beautiful beaches, boating, fishing,
jetskiing, water skiing, sailing,
golfing, many hiking/biking trails, sightseeing, horseback riding,
wine tours/tasting, fantastic
resturants, great shopping, casino, nightclubs, downhill/cross
country skiing (winter) & much more.

Based on a 4 person occupancy.  (Non smoking & no pets please)

Low Season:  (After Labor Day long weekend & before Victoria Day long
                        weekend - Approx. Sept.7- May15)
$500 weekly plus $50 per week for additional person.  


High Season:  (Victoria Day long weekend up to & including Labor Day
                        long weekend - Aprox. May15 - Sept.7)
$700 weekly plus $75 per week for additional person.

 Check-in Sat. 4pm. - Check-out Sat. 11am


Daily Rates for Low Season only  (Sept.7-May 15)  Minimum of 3 nights
Based on 4 people - $90.00 per night  Extra adult - $30.00 per night
& Extra child - $7.00 per night

Monthly rates for discounted price during Low Season only.
                                                                                             

$250.00 deposit required upon booking (Money order or Bank draft- Canadian funds only)

Rent due upon arrival ( Cash, Money order or Travellers cheque - Canadian funds only)
Deposit refundable upon inspection & check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of deposit up until 30 days prior to stay.
50% refund of deposit up until 14 days prior to stay.
