We offer a charming, 2 bedroom, air conditioned, lower level suite, with a private entrance & covered patio. 

Our home is convenientely, situated in a quiet, family oriented, cul-de-sac, just off Hwy #33, close to all amenities.

We look forward to making your visit as relaxing & enjoyable as possible.

- 1 bunk bed - single on top & double on the bottom
- 1 bathroom - 4 piece (all towels (except beach towels) are provided)

- off street parking for 1 vehicle only    

* For guest staying longer than 1 wk. free cleaning is provided once a week.

Rates based on double occupancy.  (Non smoking & no pets please)
Suite accommodates up to 5 people. 

Low Season:  (From Sept. 11/09 to June 19/10)
                     
$500 weekly plus $5 per night for each additional person. 

High Season:  (From June 19/10 to Sept 11/10)
                      
$700 weekly plus $10 per night for each additional person. 

Check-in 4 pm - Check-out 11 am

$85 per night - plus $15 per night for any additional person

$300.00 deposit required upon booking (Money order or Bank draft- Can. funds)

Remainder of rent due upon arrival (Cash, Bank draft or Travellers cheque - Can. funds)

$100.00 damage deposit is required, over & above rent, which is refundable upon check-out & inspection of suite.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of deposit up until 30 days prior to stay, less $50 booking fee.
No refund within 30 days prior to stay.
