After an exciting day of activities, come back home to relax in your private, get-a-way, to once again become rejuvenated for the following days adventures.   

We offer a charming, 2 bedroom, air conditioned, lower level suite, with a private entrance & covered patio. 

Our home is convenientely, situated in a quiet, family oriented, cul-de-sac, just off Hwy #33, close to all amenities.

We look forward to making your visit as relaxing & enjoyable as possible.

- 1 queen size bed
- 1 bunk bed - single on top & double on the bottom
- 1 bathroom - 4 piece (all towels (except beach towels) are provided)
- kitchen with fr/st, micro, toaster, coffemaker, 
  cookware, dishes, cutlery, etc. (some coffee & tea incl.)
- washer & dryer (some laundry soap provided)
- ironing board & iron
- comfortable livingroom with a 42" flat screen tv & dvd player 
- wireless internet
- private patio with furniture
- propane BBQ with utensils
- high chair,play pen, or stroller available upon request
- off street parking for 1 vehicle only    

* For guest staying longer than 1 wk. free cleaning is provided when requested.

Lake Okanagan.

Championship Golf courses, hiking/biking trails, parks, horseback riding, wine tours, gourmet restaurants, great shopping, casinos, nightclubs, theaters, etc., all within 5 - 15 min.

Big White ski hill - approx. 35 min.

Weekly Rates based on double occupancy. 

Low Season:  (From Sept. 08/12 to June 29/13)
                     
$500 weekly for two adults 

Extra guests: $20/night/per adult; $5/night/per child (child 2 yrs & under free) 
Note: Suite accomodates up to 5 guests only.

High Season:  (From June 29/13 to Sept 7/13)  
                      
$700 weekly for two adults  (Sat to Sat)

Extra guests: $35/night/per adult; $5/night/per child (child 2 yrs & under free)
Note: Suite accomodates up to 5 guests only.

Nightly rates for LOW SEASON only:  (Sept.08/11 to June 30/12)  

$85 per night for double occupancy. (Min. of 3 nights)

50% deposit required upon booking (Money order or Bank draft- Can. funds)

Remainder of rent due upon arrival (Cash, Bank draft or Travellers cheque - Can. funds)

$100.00 damage deposit is required, over & above rent, which is refundable upon check-out & inspection of suite.

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of deposit up until 30 days prior to stay.  No refund within 30 days prior to stay.
Note: To allow for clearing, deposits will be held for 2 weeks after receipt before refunds are issued.
