Quiet Hill Ranch is just what the name implies, unhurried and uncrowded. The unspoiled beauty of this sixth generation family ranch welcomes you with it's natural charm. It's truly one of the most beautiful places in the Texas Hill Country. If you love nature and the starry skies, we have it all. From your cabin you have a breathtaking view overlooking a valley for 50 miles to the horizon with the hills cascading down either side. At night there are only 4 lights in the distance and the 2100' elevation makes for the finest stargazing in the Texas Hill Country. This is NOT a virtual getaway. You are truly secluded away from 'the rat race' at Quiet Hill Ranch.

THE RATES QUOTED ARE PER CABIN-PER NIGHT-DOUBLE OCCUPANCY...

Four cozy, one room log cabins can each sleep 6 with a queen, double and full futon.

Our Handi-cabin is wheelchair accessible and has it's own full kitchen!!!

Beamed ceilings, heat and air, satellite tv, small fridge, in room coffee, a porch with view and a campfire ring w/picnic table round out the cabins.

There is a separate log lodge housing 2 main rooms. The Ranch Room is filled with a rugged fireplace, old timey ranch furniture, books, games, puzzles, toy box for the kids, piano and dining tables. The Mighty Kitchen is open for your use 24x7 at no extra charge. There is a gas and charcoal grill outside the Lodge. The lodge is also handicap accessible.

A swimming pool fashioned after an old rock stock tank is a great way to
cool off on a summer day. A playground for the kiddos, hiking and
mountain biking trails, and a wildlife observatory with some of the
finest bird watching in Texas (therefore the world) beckon you to
Quiet Hill Ranch. Topping off the activities are the Quiet Hill's 'Lil Dude' trail rides.. The 'Lil Dude' rides are available for children and last about 20-30 minutes.  Info on nature of the land stories along the trail make for an experience to remember!!!

Quiet Hill Ranch is not your typical vacation rental. Children are fascinated by
the chickens and gathering eggs. Where else can you gather the eggs
from the nest and go cook'em for breakfast.

The cherry on top for most guests are the trail rides. 'Lil Dudes' are so thrilled to be on a real horse by themselves being safely led by wrangler and parents.  Wonderful stories and info of the land is shared longside the beauty of the land!!!

One of our best 'stress busters' is scratching the belly of Queen Prissilla, our pot bellied pig.

The other 'stress buster' treat is our massage therapy. Our licensed massage therapist will come to your cabin and knead the knots out of you in 1 hour increments.

Nearby golf, fishing, museums, dining, wineries, parks and Rock Box Theater can keep you entertained like nowhere else.

Three Original Cabins:
$140 per cabin/per night/double occupancy (two night minimum)

Handi-Cabin:
$160 per cabin/per night/double occupancy (two night minimum)

$20 per person/per night for each extra person in cabin

$25 cleaning fee per cabin/per stay

WEEKDAY SPECIAL: Post Labor Day to pre Memorial Day /20% off vacation rental rates for Monday-Thursday/two night minimum. This Special Does Not Include Spring Break or Holidays!

Pet Fee-$20 per pet/per night

'Little Dude' trail ride-$25 per child (includes tax)

All credit card charges are assesed an additional 5% convenience fee.

Cancellation agreement: Cancellations prior to 14 days, $15 per cabin/per night.

Full payment expected 14 days prior to arival. No refunds for cancellations or reduction of number of guests or cabins within 14 days of arrival date.
