Dolphin Cottage on the Intracoastal Waterway with Dock in New Smyrna Beach

Charming cottage located on the intracoastal waterway walking
distance to downtown Historic District. Over 1000sq. ft. with living
room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full kitchen plus a
screened porch over looking the river. A dock is available with 3-4
ft. of water at low tide. The fishing from the dock is excellent as
thereis a 17 ft. grouper hole right beside the dock.

This cottage is fully furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom
plus
a daybed in the dining room and a twin rollaway bed. Kitchen has
microwave, stove and refrigerator with icemaker. There are 2 cable
TV's and a VCR. The stereo system has a tape deck and cd player and 
there is also a washer/dryer. Wireless internet is also available
at the cottage. All towels and linens are provided.
The dock is very near a fishing hole so bring your fishing
pole. There is 3 to 4 feet of water at low tide and docking is free
for guests. The cottage is walking distance to Riverside
Park.

A small beach town with historical sites, fishing, swimming, biking,
tennis, golf surfing and of course boating. We are 1 hr. east of
Orlando and 15 miles South of Daytona Beach. Owner is a realtor

Weekly Rates will be from $950 to $2000 depending on time of year.
