A golfer’s paradise, Olde Hickory is a manned gated community located near I-75 and the Regional
Southwest Airport. The championship golf course, designed by Ron Garl, has state of the art Tif-
Eagle Bermuda greens, six sets of tees to accommodate golfers of differing abilities, a chipping
green, driving range and putting green.
The clubhouse has both formal and casual dining, locker rooms, sauna, a pro shop and exercise
room. Next to the clubhouse is a remodeled pool area with a junior size Olympic swimming pool,
pool house, hot tub and three lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts.
This beautiful three bedroom two bath house has a large, enclosed lanai that overlooks the 16th
fairway. The floor plan is light and airy with easy access to all parts of the house. The master
bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a private bath with two vanities and a
tiled shower. The guest bath has a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom also has a king-sized
bed with twin beds in the third bedroom. Bed linens and towels are included.
All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. There is a large TV in the living room and VCR and DVD
players are available. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. There is a computer
printer available as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher,
disposal and coffee maker. Dishes, flatware and pots and pans are included. There is an expansive
countertop with four bar stools, a separate dining room, a dining nook off the kitchen and a dining
table and chairs and gas grill on the lanai.
Olde Hickory is just off Daniels Parkway with easy access to groceries, health care services, a
hospital, the airport, shopping, a sports arena and wonderful restaurants. There are wildlife
areas and parks nearby and it is a short drive to the islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers
Beach. For baseball fans, the MN Twins stadium is close by and the Boston Red Sox facility is also
located in Ft. Myers.

The monthly rates include rental and all utilities. The state of FL requires an additional 11%
sales tax.
A deposit of $500 will hold your reservation and serve as a damage deposit which is refundable at
the end of your stay. Cancellations need to be made within 60 days of your rental period.
