We have an upper floor unit with fantastic direct views of both the
Gulf on one side and Clearwater Bay on other side.

For a quick ride, you can catch the Clearwater trolly from the
shopping center across the street to tour downtown Clearwater and all
it has to offer.

From your balcony you can observe all the water activities such as
jet-skiing, parasailing, boating, fishing, sightseeing cruises,
kayaking, and dolphin watching.

January-April (season) $3300 per month

May to July $2500 per month or $ 1800.00/ 2 weeks.  ($150.00/night if less than monthly, one week minimum)

August to October $2200 per month or $1750.00 / 2 weeks 

November to December $2800 per month

Annual Rental Available $2500 per month

Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates
6 months or less.

A deposit of $500-$3000.00 in the form of a bank check, is required to hold
your dates and this will be applied to your rental. This is not
refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation.

A $300.00 security deposit, in the form of a bank check, is required
but is refundable after checkout, with no damage to condo or
contents. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee and a $50.00 condo application fee.

Rentals longer than 5 months, may need to include monthly power bill assessment/
