Harbour Light Tower is an exclusive beachfront Community conveniently
located just minutes away from fine casual beach dining, local
beach shops, and the famous Clearwater Beach and pier 60 and now the new beach walk.

Harbour Light Tower overlooks the only shopping strip on Sand Key
with all it has to offer from fine dining such as the famous
Colombia restaurant to the casual ice-cream parlor.

We have an upper floor unit with fantastic direct views of both the
Gulf on one side and Clearwater Bay on other side.

Furnished kitchen; Two full baths; tub shower in master and walk in shower in spare. Master BR with King bed new pillow top mattress (May 09), all new furniture (June 09), Guest BR with two double beds (June 09), with new pillow top mattrress' ( May 09). Living room Sleeper sofa. Heated pool. Washer and dryer each floor. Balcony overlooking
the Gulf plus patio with table and chairs overlooking Clearwater Bay intercoastal waters.
There is assigned parking space plus additional guest parking.


For a quick ride, you can catch the Clearwater trolly from the
shopping center across the street to tour downtown Clearwater and all
it has to offer.

From your balcony you can observe all the water activities such as
jet-skiing, parasailing, boating, fishing, sightseeing cruises,
kayaking, and dolphin watching.

HOLIDAYS are additional fees

Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates
6 months or less.

A deposit of $500 in the form of a bank check, is required to hold
your dates and this will be applied to your rental. This is not
refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your reservation.

A $300.00 security deposit, in the form of a bank check, is required
but is refundable after checkout, with no damage to condo or
contents. There is a $75.00 cleaning fee and a $50.00 condo application fee.
