Swordfish Ranch - A beautiful custom log home near Steamboat in Steamboat Springs

Swordfish Ranch is a 2,200 square foot log home nestled among the
aspen and pine trees of northwestern Colorado. This beautiful
custom home sits on six acres and has four bedrooms, a bunk room, 3
baths and ample gathering space throughout.

The house is about 20 minutes north of Steamboat Springs. If flying
into the Hayden Airport, the drive is approximately 25 minutes on a
clear day. The drive is beautiful any time of year. Driving

Swordfish is an ideal place to gather with family and friends or it
can serve as a business retreat. The kitchen comes fully stocked
with glassware, dishes, serving pieces, utensils and assorted pans.
Appliances include a gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator/freezer
(basic condiments included), dishwasher, microwave and coffee
maker. There is also a hot tub on the patio.

The four bedrooms at Swordfish are furnished with comfortable pillow-
top queen-sized beds. Overall, Swordfish has four queen-sized beds
in bedrooms, a pull out queen-sized sleeper and a bunk room with a
bunk bed that has a full lower and single upper. All bedrooms
include closets, chests of drawers, night stands and flannel or
cotton sheets to fit your preference.

The views around Swordfish are spectacular any time of year! Hang

Excellent skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing,
hunting and many other activities are only minutes from your front
door. The ski slopes of Steamboat Mountain are only 20 minutes away.
