with it's own private bath. It is approximately 2200 sq. ft., professionally decorated, loaded with
upgrades and truly beautiful.
This unit is guaranteed to impress. Lots of granite and marble. The 2 large master suites
directly on the beach have king size beds and private baths. The baths are very large. The larger master bath has a gigantic Jacuzzi tub and double shower. The 3rd
bedroom is tastefully decorated, has a queen size bed as well as a private bath also done in
granite. You will sleep like a baby in your plush bed with soft down pillows (foam pillows
available upon request), and sounds of the waves brushing against the shore line.
The kitchen has upgraded cabinets,top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, and breakfast bar for your morning coffee. In addition, there is also a utility
room with washer and dryer.
The living room overlooking the ocean has plenty of soft comfortable seating and a built in
entertainment center with a high definition big screen TV. The front room overlooks the intercostal
river and is furnished with huge overstuffed chairs and a baby grand piano. The dining room has a
large table and comfortably seats 6-8.
All bedrooms have televisions. There is a large private balcony with beautiful views
of the beach. The balcony is accessable from the living area and both masters.
There is everything you need here. Sheets, towels, dishes, pots and pans, glassware, coffeemaker,
toaster, etc.

The property is at the edge of Daytona and right down from Ponce Inlet.  There is a beautiful beach, resort style pool, snorkeling, scuba diving, water parks, and surfing.  There is a great state park right down the road.  Enjoy a lighthouse tour, pleanty of river and beach front restaurants, bars, and cruise casino.  This is a great location.  It's relatively quite compared to downtown Daytona but you can get to the center of the action and crowds in just 5-10 minutes.  Daytona has a great boardwalk, go-carts, and carnival rides.  Boating, biking, fishing, shelling, and sailing are right out your door.  Also, there are several great golf courses.  
Only 45 minutes to Disney, Epcot, and Universal in Orlando. Kennedy
Space Center is also only a short 30-45 minute ride
