Sawgrass Lodge is a perfect location for your family reunion or a fun filled week away with friends and family. The cabin offers flexibility with it's two separate suites with an optional adjoining great room in a stilt house cabin, with two full size kitchens equiped for all your needs. Whether you are looking for a quiet place to rest or plenty of room to explore the Gulf of Mexico, we have it all!!!

Fully furnished with three full size beds, two day beds (that convert to four twin beds), tv room, dining room table, two fully equipped kitchens with bars, two seperate bathrooms, with jacuzzi tub, and three TV's offer plenty of options for all your quests needs,  two private preserve balconies offers breath taking views at sunrise and sunset, so grab your coffee or choice of drink and relax. These accommodations offer you the best of both worlds,  either privacy or plenty of space for the whole family.   

The maximum recommended capacity for all three rooms is 10 to 11 friends and/or family members.

A barbeque grill and outdoor firepit is available for visitors use.
The lodge provides plenty of covered parking space for vehicles and boats.

Entertainment: Satalite TV- TV in each room (3), DVD player (3), Surround Sound Stereo, Designated game table for card games, puzzles or board games. 

Kitchens (2): each kitchen is complete with Coffee Maker , Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Dishwasher, Crockpot and Apartment size refrigerators .

Bathrooms: Towels, Jacuzzi Hot Tub in CYPRESS BATH

Stackable Washer/Dryer CYPRESS ROOM

Bedrooms: Alarm clock, Iron/ironing board, Linens, Blankets and Pillows

Patio Area: with BBQ grill, Dining area with patio furniture and Cozy fire pit

Located on Florida's Econfina River State Park, the area surrounding of Sawgrass Lodge remains pristine. With easy access to the Gulf of Mexico it is an optimum place to fish, scallop, hunt, kayak, boat, or swim. 

The cabin was built with family and friends in mind. Enjoy the quietness of your surroundings and relax in Florida's Nature at its BEST!!! 

LADIES, send the GUYS fishing and hit the local sights and/or shopping in nearby Tallahassee or head on to the decks with your favorite book for a quiet afternoon, enjoying the Florida preserves, leaving your busy life behind.

Seminole room $75.00 (2 nights require) sleeps 4

Cypress room $85.00 (2 nights require) sleeps 4

Sawgrass room $50.00 (can be an addition to either room with back porch over looking The Marsh Landings) sleeps two

Entire Unit for 10 to 11 guests
Weekly: $1,125 ($160 per night)
Nightly: $210
Holidays: $1,350 per week / $250 per night (3 night minimum)

Rental Terms:

• Cleaning Fee: applies after two nights $110
• Deposit: $200, Deposit also confirms reservation
• Balance due 10 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled within 30 days of visit (minus deposit), Cancellations within 29 days of reservation will result in a future rental credit only,  travel credit must be used within one year of reservation
• Check in is 2 pm on the first day of rental
  Check out is 11 am on the last rented day
