with double ovens, 5 burner gas cooktop, and a dining area that seats 10 plus seating at a bar in  
kitchen. The house is surrounded by decking that offers breath-taking views of surrounding peaks and  
a BBQ grill and hot tub. This property also has a 2-car garage. Shuttle service to the airport/ski  
slopes/shopping is available locally.

to check out the summer concerts at Snow Basin. Summer time activities also boating and fishing at  
Pineview Lake only 5 minutes away. Ice skating is huge in Northern Utah. In fact, the Ice Sheet,  
about 20 miles away, at Ogden is one of the premier ice skating venues in the area. Located on the  
campus of Weber State University, the Ice Sheet offers skating opportunities including free skate,
