The lake Chiemsee is situated between Munich (60 miles) and Salzburg
(40 miles).
Leave yourselves to charms of the extraordinary location of our house
- directly at lake chiemsee with a fantastic view on the lake. The
romantic islands of Frauenchiemsee - a small fishing village - and the
famous Herrenchiemsee with the most beatiful castle of King Ludwig II,
and the alps are right in front of our house. The Chiemseestern is
situated in the outskirts of the small and romantic village Gstadt and
is yet only a view minutes away from the boat landing stage. Whether
you are looking for a relaxing weekend, a few days of recovering or
some weeks of vacation - at every occasion.

We have different types of sailing boats ore Bikes. We are surrounded
by cultural activities, restaurants, a tennis court, fishing, and
several golf courses are near. Chiemsee is also very popular for its
nature with woods, where you can walk miles and miles without any
other persons. The neighbourhood is absolutely quiet and 100 % safe.
There is no criminality at all.
The region here is one of the most interesting and beautiful in
Germany. For example you can go with the ferry in just 15 min. to the
island “Herrenchiemsee”, where is the most beautiful castle from King
Ludwig II. You can also visit in just 1 hour by car the Bavarian main
town Munich. Another possibility are the near alps, where you can go
snowboarding or skiing in Winter. Austria and the famous city of
Salzburg is less than one hour. Even Italy you can reach in 3 hours by
car.

We have several (10) apartments from 43 square meters until 80 square
meters.
The prices are for two people per day, the minimum staytime is 5 days,
a shorter time is possible but it will cost 20 % more charge
All prices are including the final cleaning, bedding, towels, heating,
parking and taxes as well. There will be no extra cost for you.
