rent. Everyone in the unit under 21 years must be accompanied by a
responsible adult.


Long term is considered 2 months or longer. Available starting in May

A Deposit of 50% will hold your reservation. The balance is due 45
days prior to your arrival. A refundable security deposit of $125.00
USD
is due upon arrival payable to our property manager.


You are responsible for any damage to the Unit.


Cancellations- You must cancel 60 days before your arrival date to
receive a full refund (less wire transfer fees if applicable).

Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice are subject to a
25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice are subject to a
50% cancellation penalty plus applicable wire transfer fees if you
pay by this method.($25.00 in the US, $40.00 International).
