Vacation Rental Description

Islandtime 1 is the perfect name for this "old Florida" style beachfront home because once you  
arrive, you'll be on "Islandtime". Sit back, relax on your lanai overlooking Pine Island Sound.  
Watch the dolphins play or try your hand at some great fishing on your private fishing dock, walk  
the white sandy beaches, look for unique shells or just bask in the sun.  
 
Islandtime 1 has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The master  
bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Fully furnished  
and well equipped, your kitchen has all the ammenities, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven  
and your own outside barbq grill. 
 
Islandtime 1 and Islandtime 2 (see Listing) are side by side which makes it convenient for large  
groups, family reunions, wedding parties. Together they may sleep 16 to 18 people. Call for special  
rates. 
 
Your adventure starts with a 20 min. water taxi ride on beautiful Pine Island Sound, then to be  
greeted by a porter at the island club to take you to your home, give you keys to your golf car and  
help you with your luggage and groceries. Its then up to you to explore the island, visit the club  
amenities, throw out a fishing line, or just sit and relax on your lanai. This is where your  
memories begin!
