Stilt Home On The Beautiful Steinhatchee River in Steinhatchee

Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday routines, to old Florida. Peace and tranquility on the
Steinhatchee River, launch your boat at River Haven Marina and dock it in front of the house, in
deep water, outside of the boat house. The Gulf of Mexico is approximately 4 miles from the house
by water. Enjoy the scenery of the river, go scalloping (in season) or fishing. A boat trip on the
Steinhatchee River is beautiful,serene and peaceful.

This is a stilt home . Parking in under the house. This house has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2
baths,kitchen,living room and sun room/dining room. Supplied with coffee pot,washer,dryer,microwave,
dishwasher,2 televisions,DVD player,air conditioned, pots-n-pans,linens,sun deck with table and
chairs. Master bedroom has king size bed second bedroom has double bed. There are 2 folding twin cots which can accommidate the 5th & 6th person. NO smoking or pets allowed in the house. Bring your Groceries!

Relaxing,fishing,scalloping (July 1st - 1st Sunday in September). View all the birds as they come to
roost in the trees on the island across the river from the house in the early evening. Go to
Fiddlers or Roys resturant for a great dining experience. Watch the beautiful sunsets or visit
Steinhatchee Falls. Rent a boat from Sea Hag Marina or from River Haven Marina. Maddies Grocery
Store can provide those items you forgot to bring or gas for your boat, vehicle or from the Jiffy Store

$150.00 per night 2 night minimum (plus $50.00 cleaning fee & taxes)

$125.00 per night for 3rd & 4th night (plus taxes & cleaning fee)

$ 100.00 per night for 5th and 6th night (plus taxes & cleaning fee)

Weekly rate is $800.00 (plus taxes, cleaning fee is included)
