Located in Viva Villa's quiet, tranquil neighborhood, just 1 mile north of Bonati Institute. Villa can acomadate home health care if needed after a surgical procedure.

Beautiful nearby beaches offer a sunset dining experience (Florida's West Coast Region is famous for its sunsets), after dinner, take a stroll on the beach and visit the local ice cream stands for a cone or sundae.

The Villa is fully furnished,  the living room is complete with comfortable sectional sofa with pull-out full size bed, dining room, fully equiped kitchen with everything you'll need. Masterbedroom suite features a king size bed and adjoining bathroom (w/ tub). Second Bedroom is equiped with 2 twin beds.

Easy access into the Villa with a covered carport with no steps.

24 hour Security Officer patrols neighboorhood. Property Manager is nearby to acomadate any of your additional needs.

Weekly Rate: $400 from May to September and $455 from October to Dec. Jan to April `$550
Monthly: $1,350 from May to September and $1,600 from October to Dec. Jan to April 2200

Rates for longer terms are negotiable

Daily rate available for $80 a night with a 3 night minimum stay

Rental Terms:

• Cleaning Fee: $95
• Deposit: $200, Deposit also confirms reservation
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled within 60 days of visit (minus deposit), Cancellations within 30 days of reservation will result in a future rental credit only,  travel credit must be used within one year of reservation
• Check in is 2 pm on the first day of rental
  Check out is 11 am on the last rented day
• All pets must be approved
