Condo in Paradise in Key Colony Beach

Condo is newly refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a great vacation.
It is located in the middle of the FloridaKeys fishing grounds. We have a beautiful private, sandy
beach. It is 50 miles north of Key West where the best shopping awaits you! The Dolphin Research
Center is 5 miles north on Rt. 1 where you can swim with the dolphins or enjoy their shows and
picture opportunities.
Two great restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

We are second building, second floor overlooking the pool & beach. Our beach is 150 ft. from our
front door.
Master bedrm has a king size bed and its own bathrm. Master bedrm has balcony where you can enjoy
your morning coffee. Guest bedrm has a queen size bed, twin size bed and its own bathrm.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Linen closet fully stocked with
beach towels and incidentals. No need to bring anything.
Grills at the beach for cookouts.

Swimming in our beautiful pool or at the beach.
Par 3 golf course down the street.
Park for tennis within a couple of blocks.
Sunset Park where everyone goes to watch the sunset.
Bicycle and walking paths just out of the parking lot on Ocean Drive.
Key West Shopping only 50miles south on Rt. 1
Fishing, diving & snorkeling charters on the causeway or in Marathon just 3 miles away.

On site manager is a certified diving instructor.

Easter to December 15 rates are $1000/per wk plus 11.5% Fla. tax.
A fully refundable $300 security deposit is expected on any rental for 3 weeks or less.
$600 security deposit is required to reserve a unit for 4 weeks or more.
Full and final payment at least 21 days before arrival. Credit cards are accepted.
Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of departure.
December 15 to Easter is $1200/per wk plus 11.5% Fla. tax.
Long term rentals receive a 5 to 10% discount.
