Well-maintained two bedroom, two bath, second floor condo that sleeps
four. The condo is fully
furnished and only three years old. There is a full size washer and
dryer off of the kitchen.
Plenty of storage space with a total of three walk-in closets (two in
the master), a linen closet,
and a foyer closet. There are
two twin beds in one bedroom
and a queen bed in the master. There is no lanai. The condo is in a
small, quiet, gated community.
The condo is about eight minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island and
Longboat Key. It is also
located off of Cortez Road and is near to restaurants and shopping.
It is very close to the IMG
Academies which feature the Dave Leadbetter Golf Academy and
Bolleterri Tennis.
