This beachfront condo is on the first floor and located directly on
Hollywood Beach famous Broadwalk, with fantastic beach views and
direct access from your front door. Incredible Sunrises and warm
Atlantic waters.

The Condo includes a heated pool, shuffle board, assigned parking
space, barbecue grills, washer/dryers, cable TV, a stereo, and a full
kitchen.
Bedroom has a Queen size bed and His/Hers closets.
Living Room has a Queen size Futon fold out sofa bed.
All linens and housewares are included.

Walking distance from the Condo are great activities and attractions
for people of all ages groups.
Such as; restaurants, movie theaters, bars, shops, watersports,
bicycle rentals, Jet Ski and Canoe rentals, and nearby State
Preserved park. Cassino Boats and Scuba Diving are also near by.

Wonderful Hollywood Beach Condo vacation

"What a wonderful place to spend a beach vacation.
The beach and boardwalk is picture perfect; as is the condo.
The condo is very well kept and furnished in a tropical motif that enhances your vacation experience. The owners are extremely friendly and accomodating, always striving to make your vacation smooth and memorable.
A typical day at Ocean Grande Beach Condo starts with a beautiful sunrise over the water. You walk out a few feet from your front door and sit in the ocean facing, ground level, grassy terrace and enjoy watching the sun peak over the waves anbd watch the many joggers and bike riders pass by, many greet you with a smile and "good morning".
This location and private outdoor Baordwalk terrance is a great place to people watch.
You then take a morning dip in the ocean and then walk down the emaculately clean boardwalk and enjoy the palm trees.
Your daytime activities can be a bike rental (horizontal or group bikes) or maybe in-line skate or just walk down to the many seaside pubs and restaurants for a drink or snack. Take a walk just a few minutes to the park just north of the condo or maybe visit the pier and try a little fishing.
The terrace includes a gas BBQ, picnic umbrella tables and chase lounges and outdoor shower for convinience.
The beach is kept very clean. The ocean water during our stay was about 84 degrees F.; felt like warm bath water. You could walk for hundred of feet and still stand in the water. We would just float in the water for more than an hour using the popular foam floating tubes. The Lifeguard shack is nearby and Beach Rangers pickup the trash every day. Afterwards you can take a dip in the private pool to cool off.
The beach is not crowded like some of the beach areas further south where there are highrise condo and hotel buildings. Most of the beach goers are families of all ages.
For dinner, the condo has a comfortable kitchen and dining table with a large window or you can visit one of the many great nearby restaurants.
After dinner you can sit in the open roof top terrace and watch the people stroll by on the boardwalk below or read a book or surf on yur laptop and enjoy the evening balmly ocean breeze and relax with the sound of the waves lapping on the beach.
Everytime we have stayed in this condo, we have had a great time and wished we could stay longer. We have made lifetime memories here and always look forward to visitng again. We love the condo, the beach and the friendly owners.
