marsh which is situated on the banks of the Black River in Wedgefield Plantation. The views are
spectacular with an abundance of birds and wildlife to see from the interior as well as the
expansive back deck!
There are three bedrooms; 1 Queen, 2 Bedroms with 2 twin beds as well as a Sleep Sofa in the living
area. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. There are two full baths as well as
plenty of closets and storage. There is a laundry/storage room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

Wedgefield Plantation has a great golf course, pool, tennis courts, and a boat ramp on the Black
River. The villas also have a pool for their use. The Manor House has a restaurant which is open on
certain days for dinner.
Georgetown is only 10 miles from the nearest beach (Pawley's Island) and about half way between
Myrtle Beach and Charleston. It has a wonderful, historic downtown with many nice shops and
restaurants as well as a delightful boardwalk along the river. If you are a boating enthusiast,
there are several marinas to dock a boat.

The villa is available for rental from December 2008 through April 2009 at a rate of $950 per month
plus utilities.
