Castle Pines Golf Villas are located in a gated community which is part of The PGA Village.
For your convenience, you may rent the entire villa consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, just
the studio section with a kitchenette or the 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with full kitchen.
There are three courses on site, each in great condition and range in difficulty to accommodate all
skill levels. PGA Village features one of the largest and most technically advanced practice
centers sprawling over 35 acres.
The community has a georgeous pool with expansive sun deck and large hot tub within walking distance
from the villa.
PGA Village is located within reasonable traveling distance from three major airports. West Palm
Beach 40 minutes, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale 1 1/2 hours.
Great beaches are within 20 minutes, as well as shopping, fine dining and live entertainment.

This villa is on the first floor and is an end unit. There is great light due to the extra
windows. This villa has an A and B side. The A side (1 bedroom) has 1 1/2 baths, a large master
bedroom with 2 double beds, full kitchen, dining area and living area. Two televisions are
present. With the fold out sofa, the A side sleeps 4. The B side (studio) has a small kitchenette,
fridge, coffeemaker and full bath. It has a television and 2 double beds that comfortably sleeps
2. The units are adjoining so it can be rented as separate units or one large unit that sleeps 6.
It has towels, linens, soap and also a washer and dryer just outside the front door.
