Vacation Rental Description

Superb deluxe, air conditioned family condo. This family owned condo 
shows pride of ownership and is extremly modern and immaculatly 
clean. Full kitchen with stove,fridge,microwave,coffee 
maker,dishes and all cooking tools. Separate large bedroom with 
Queen sized bed, and a double pull out sofa bed, free local 
telephone calls and cable TV. Perfect for families as 1 block from 
Waikiki Beach. This condo is on the 10th floor has has a fantastic 
view of Diamond Head. Sit on the Lanai and watch the beautiful 
Hawaiian Sunrise!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo is located in the Waikiki Banyan complex. This resort 
prides itself on it's large,clean, and secured recreation deck 
located on the 6th floor. Deck amenities include a large pool,2 hot 
tubs,sauna,tennis courts,basketball courts,pitch and putt,playground 
and snack bar. You will enjoy the Bar-B-Que and picnic area also 
located on the 6th floor.
The Banyan has 24 hour security as well as a concierge on site to 
assist you with your recreation needs. Your stay in our condo 
includes a free covered, secured parking stall. Washer and Dryer on 
every floor.

Vacation Rental Rates

1 - 12 nights = $130/night USD
13- 24 nights = $120/night USD
24 nights and above = $100/night USD
Holiday Season - Dec.10 - Jan.15 rates will be higher than listed

- Check out fee= $95
- Refundable security/damage deposit of $400(short term stay) $1000  
  (long term stay)
- 30% deposit to reserve and balance due 30 days prior to arrival
