Vacation Rental Description

This is a new first floor garden condo located in a new gated and 
manned luxury country club.  Colonial Country Club is located 15 
minutes from the Southwest Florida Regional Airport in Ft. Myers.

Colonial Country Club boasts a Championship 18-hole golf course, and 
a lovely golf pro shop.  This fine golf course was designed by Troon 
and has 5-tee placements.  There is an aquatic driving range.  There 
are also 8 lighted har-tru clay tennis courts and 2 lighted hard 
courts.  There are staffed tennis and golf pro shops.  Included in a 
social membership is use of the entire club.  Golf is pay to play.

The Activity Center hosts trips, card playing, crafts, sewing, 
dancing, cooking instruction and more.  It has a library and mammoth 
exercise room with individual TV's and a view of the pool. Massage 
rooms & men's and ladies locker rooms are available.

There is a very large fully equipped Fitness Center, numerous 
swimming pools, one of which is 25 yards from our condo and has a 
hot tub, covered seating and deck furniture.  There are walking & 
biking trails for nature excursions.  The brand new full service 
Club House with restaurants and bars overlooks the golf course.

Our condominum has been lovingly furnished with all new beds and 
bedding plus furniture from Dayton & Naples, Florida.  The master 
bedroom has a king-sized bed, and overlooks the lake.  The master 
bath also has a double walk-in shower with seat, double sinks, and a 
walk-in closet.  The guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent 
full bath.

The screened lanai is furnished with table and chairs and has a 
beautiful view of the lake.  Small moutn Bass are caught from the 
bank.

Meals can be served in 4 locations--at a kitchen table, at a 
breakfast bar, at the 6' round dining room table, or on the lanai 
glass top table.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Ironing board & iron, 
Sweeper, Linens, Washer, Dryer, 2 TV's, VCR/DVD player, radio and 
local telephone service are provided.  There are 2 parking spaces - 
one of which is covered, with storage space.  Ceiling fans in most 
rooms.   Smoking permitted on lanai only. No pets please.

Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, 
Cruises, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing. Shelling and 
more.  Tour Thomas Edison & Henry Ford's homes and museums.  
Shopping is great at the Miramir Outlet Center, the Bell Tower Mall, 
the Edison Mall, and the new nearby Coastal Mall.  The beaches 
including Sanibel and Captiva are minutes away.  The Boston Red 
Socks and Minnesota Twins winter in Ft. Myers.

There is so much to do in this wonderful city that even full time 
residents are never bored.  Our condo is prepared so that anyone can 
spend a warm relaxing time in a quiet neighborhood.  One can enjoy 
the sunset and forget the other life they lead.  Just bring your
